A folding carton box is a lightweight paperboard box that ships flat and folds into shape at the point of use, commonly used for retail packaging, product display, and light-duty shipping. While our corrugated boxes are heavier-duty for shipping and storage, they share the same flat-pack, space-saving assembly principle.

We stock boxes ranging from small 4x4x4-inch mailers to large 40x40x40-inch triple-wall gaylord containers, including specialty long, narrow, cube, and wardrobe box formats. With 11+ standard sizes plus specialty variants, most shipping and storage needs are covered from stock.

Single-wall boxes (ECT-32) suit light to medium loads like e-commerce parcels. Double-wall boxes (ECT-44) handle heavier or bulkier items such as moving cartons and cube boxes. Triple-wall construction (1100# test) is built for the heaviest bulk and industrial loads, like our 40-inch Gaylord containers.

Minimum order quantity is just 1 bundle per size or variant, with bundle counts ranging from 5 to 50 boxes depending on the product. This low MOQ makes it easy to test a size or restock small quantities without committing to large volumes.

Pricing varies by size and wall strength, from around $0.56 per unit for small mailer boxes up to $47.00 per unit for triple-wall bulk gaylord containers. Volume and recurring order discounts are available — contact us for a custom quote based on your specifications.
